If it is a diesel engine with an EGR system, we can clean it.  We have attachments already made for over 80 different engines, with more on the way!

From light duty pickup trucks, to heavy duty commercial fleets, coach/city and school buses, to rental equipment we can clean it.

Here's how it usually works:

15-20 minutes - Attach our fittings to the correct access point within the engines EGR system & open the exhaust for drainage.

10-15 mins - Run the pre-soak cycle.

20-60 mins - Soak time. (Longer soak time if the engine is REALLY dirty, the turbo is sticking, etc...)

10-15 mins - run the final cleaning and rinse cycles.

On average our cleaning process takes about 1 hour.

COMPARE THIS with having to clean parts of the system manually, take it all apart, replace costly parts, etc...

The cost of our machines are usually re-couped by saving the cost of replacing 1 turbo!  On average our cleaning product is about $200/service!

Compare that to the labour and parts cost of stripping the engine down and manually cleaning/replacing all the components.
